Every plant or flower is unique, so a 1 to 1 match is virtually impossible. Small variations in size and/or shape are possible. We offer a plant guarantee on all our plants and guarantee our quality 100%. Our plants are also sourced directly from the Dutch grower and every order undergoes multiple quality checks before it can leave our distribution center.
Yes 100%! We only work with a selected number of nurseries that offer high-quality plants through sustainable cultivation methods. All suppliers we work with are also actively committed to having as small a CO2 footprint as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions - Packing & Shipping
Depending on the type of plant or flower, all orders are processed within 1 to 4 working days and delivered to your home within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. For orders in other European countries, the same processing time applies, but delivery can take between 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your order until the specific delivery moment.

Frequently Asked Questions - Warranty & Returns
In principle, consumers within the EU always have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt and without giving a reason. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. However, it is the case that Plants & Flowers are excluded from this right due to the freshness and perishability of these products. Nevertheless, we stand by the quality of our products and therefore we also offer our own Plant Guarantee.
If you have a complaint about your order, the delivery, or anything else, please contact our customer service. We always take your complaint seriously and will always do our utmost to find a suitable solution, even if it falls outside the legal warranty.
If you have ordered a product that is not fresh and/or perishable (for example, a pot, vase, or accessories), you also have the legal right to return your product within the above-mentioned 14 days after receipt and without further explanation. You can return the order in good condition in the original packaging or another sturdy cardboard box. If desired, you can also use the withdrawal form.
