Plant guarantee
All our plants and flowers are grown with great care and attention. Orders also go through various quality controls, so you can be assured that the plants or flowers you ordered are in perfect health. We also offer Plant Guarantee. This guarantees that your plants will be delivered to your home in good and healthy condition. If this is unfortunately not the case, you can report it to us directly, and we will always come up with a suitable solution and discuss what the best option is > sending a new plant or refunding your money. If you would like to qualify for this, we ask you to contact our customer service, mentioning your order number, complaint, and attaching photos of your plants.

Cancel of your order
You can always cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you would like to do this, it is best to send us an email with your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. You will always receive a response from our customer service within 24 hours.
Returning your order
In principle, consumers within the EU always have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt and without giving a reason. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. However, it is the case that Plants & Flowers are excluded from this right due to the freshness and perishability of these products. Nevertheless, we stand by the quality of our products and therefore we also offer our own Plant Guarantee.
If you have a complaint about your order, the delivery, or anything else, please contact our customer service. We always take your complaint seriously and will always do our utmost to find a suitable solution, even if it falls outside the legal warranty.
If you have ordered a product that is not fresh and/or perishable (for example, a jar, vase, or accessories), you also have the legal right to return your product within the above-mentioned 14 days after receipt and without further explanation. You can return the order in good condition in the original packaging or another sturdy cardboard box. If desired, you can also use the cancellation form attached below. You can fill out this form and email it to us or include it in the package.
