Plant guarantee

All our plants and flowers are grown with great care and attention. Orders also go through various quality checks, so you can count on the plants or flowers you order to be perfectly healthy. We also offer a Plant Guarantee. This way we guarantee that your plants are delivered to your home in good and healthy condition. If this is not the case, you can report this to us immediately and we will always come up with a suitable solution and discuss in consultation what the best option is > send a new plant or return your money. If you would like to qualify for this, we ask you to report to our customer service, stating your order number, complaint and attaching photos of your plants.

Cancel of your order

You can always cancel your order before your order has been shipped. If you would like this, it is best to send us an email with the order number of your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. You will always receive a response from our customer service within 24 hours.

 

Returning your order

In principle, consumers within the EU always have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt and without giving a reason. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. However, Plants & Flowers are exempt from this right due to the freshness and perishability of these products. Nevertheless, we stand by the quality of our products and that is why we also offer our own Plant Guarantee. 

If you have a complaint about your order, delivery or anything else, please contact our customer service. We always take your complaint seriously and will always do our utmost to find a suitable solution. Even if this falls outside the legal warranty. 

If you have ordered a product that is not fresh and/or perishable (for example a pot, vase or accessories), you also have the legal right to return your product within the above-mentioned 14 days after receipt and without further notice. statement of reason. To do this, you can return the order in good condition in the original packaging or another sturdy cardboard box. If desired, you can also use the withdrawal form attached below. You can complete this form and email it to us or include it in the package.
