Each type of plant is unique and needs its own type of care. You will find care tips for the plant in question on almost every product page for the plant in question. If you still have any doubts or questions, you can always contact our customer service personally.
Every plant or flower is unique, so 1 to 1 is virtually impossible. Small variations in size and/or shape are possible. We offer a plant guarantee on all our plants and guarantee our quality 100%. Our plants also come directly from the Dutch grower and every order passes multiple quality checks before it can leave our distribution center.
Yes 100%! We work exclusively with a selected number of nurseries that offer high-quality plants using sustainable cultivation methods. All suppliers we work with are also actively committed to having the smallest possible CO2 footprint.
Frequently Asked Questions - Packaging and Shipping
Depending on the type of plant or flower, all orders are processed within 1 to 4 working days and delivered to your home within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. The same processing time applies to orders in other European countries, but delivery may take from 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your order until the specific delivery time.

You can currently pay securely with us with iDeal, Credit Card, Klarna Postpay, Klarna Pay in 3 parts, Paypal, Bancontact, SEPA transfer, Sofort Banking, Giropay, Przelewy24, KBC/CBC & Belfius Direct Net.

Yes, that's possible! With us you can pay afterwards with Klarna or you can choose to pay in 3 parts also with Klarna.

Frequently Asked Questions - Warranty and Returns
In principle, consumers within the EU always have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt and without giving a reason. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. However, Plants & Flowers are exempt from this right due to the freshness and perishability of these products. Nevertheless, we stand by the quality of our products and that is why we also offer our own Plant Guarantee.
If you have a complaint about your order, delivery or anything else, please contact our customer service. We always take your complaint seriously and will always do our utmost to find a suitable solution. Even if this falls outside the legal warranty.
If you have ordered a product that is not fresh and/or perishable (for example a pot, vase or accessories), you also have the legal right to return your product within the 14 days stated above after receipt and without further explanation. To do this, you can return the order in good condition in the original packaging or another sturdy cardboard box. If desired, you can also use the withdrawal form. You can find this on our warranty & returns page.
